The kitchen carries most of the detail. Sage Doors Maryland fronts sit over Blum Legrabox drawers on servo drive, so every one glides open on its own. A Revago pocket pantry keeps the working mess out of sight, Hafele pulldown shelving either side of the rangehood brings the top shelf down to reach, and stainless steel rod dividers above the oven and fridge keep platters upright and out of the way. A pull-out spice rack keeps everything within reach, Le Mans corner drawers from Hafele make the corner cupboard fully usable instead of dead space, and the island hides an integrated bar fridge on the back, out of sight from the room. Domusline LED lighting runs under the rangehood and through the pantry, and the whole thing sits on a Hi-Macs Aurora Bianco benchtop.

The laundry uses its ceiling height properly instead of wasting it, with the same Sage Doors fronts and Legrabox servo-drive drawers as the kitchen, a space-step drawer built in underneath that doubles as a step up to the overhead cabinetry, and a matching Hi-Macs Aurora Bianco benchtop.

The vanity sits in the bathroom, custom built with handleless details throughout and plenty of storage, Blum soft-close hinges and Legrabox drawers below, reeded glass on the upper unit, and a demister mirror so it never fogs up after a shower. Even the toilet roll holder's hidden, tucked inside a push-to-open cabinet instead of stuck on the wall.
