This custom reception counter for DSK Engineering in Hawke’s Bay was designed for a workshop extension, combining industrial durability with clean, functional joinery. Built using black Timberland for internal structure and toe kicks, it provides a strong base with a refined internal finish.

The lower counter features Classic Oak Melteca, adding warmth and contrast, while the external face is steel-wrapped by the client and paired with a stainless steel benchtop for a robust industrial look.

The result is a practical, hard-wearing reception counter that balances functionality and modern industrial design, suited perfectly to a busy workshop environment.
